As always the service is excellent! Suzanne and Chelsey were brilliant once again. I emailed ahead with the details of the holiday we wanted and when we popped into the branch to pay the deposit, all our details were ready and up on Chelsey's computer to double check. We paid our deposit and the whole process took just a few minutes. We could easily book online but it's such a pleasure seeing the lovely staff and much more personable to book with Hays.

Suzanne at Hays Travel Locks Heath was so helpful. As we were not completely decided on which of two destinations we wanted, she sorted the prices of both of them for us and the cost of the different flight levels. Suzanne took a lot of time sorting our holiday for us and even found some discounts which are always acceptable. Fabulous service
Chelsey in the Southampton Locks Heath store was brilliant - she really listened to what we wanted and came up with 3 fabulous options for us.
We then had a delay in booking for some personal reasons, but as soon as I got back in touch she was super attentive and got our trip booked really promptly.
