We new what we wanted and Alex in the Longton Branch was able to book and confirm everything we asked for. We were going 4days before our son and family joined us. But we needed to travel back together on the same flight. Alex was able to arrange this for us. We rang before we went to the shop and Alex had it all the sorted when we got there

Mikki helped us with changing our holiday to Cape Verde, after our original holiday was cancelled due to the war.
We were that pleased with the service, that we have booked to go back to Cape Verde and are taking our son and girlfriend.
We did have issues with Chloe who took the initial holiday to the Maldives, but unfortunately she didn’t tell us the truth about emailing us, we did speak to the manager about her. But it’s not the problem, it’s how you deal with it, and Mikki and everyone else was lovely, so well done to the rest of the team.
