I booked my holiday earlier this year with Lisa and she was nothing but amazing! I knew if I went back to book my summer holiday she’d do a fantastic job……. And she did! Mikki has been totally fabulous. I originally enquired about a cruise in January and she has been amazing at offering different cruises to meet our budget and checking in to see if my family had agreed on a particular cruise. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.
