The staff was great

As usual the lovely staff at Hays looked after us. Saw Michelle this time who booked our holiday with efficiency and professionalism. Every time we go to Hays we feel part of the family, we never have to say our name no matter who we see, they always remember us (hopefully in a good way)
We would never book with anyone else.

Jack was really lovely, it really is nice that the agents are so helpful and interested in finding your perfect holiday to jersey, did feel rushed.

The person who served us Paula was very friendly, professional and customer focused all questions concerning our trip were answered in great detail nothing was to much trouble. She went out of her way and ring another Hays store to get the best deal possible. I would recommend all Hays staff at Lowestoft branch

We went in not knowing where we wanted to go or when. All we knew was we wanted to fly from Norwich. We had a wonderful lady named Paula. She was so helpful helping us choose. Very patient with us and after a good while we had booked an amazing holiday. She booked me special assistance and called them and was totally amazing. Thank you Paula

The holiday advisor was very knowledgeable about most of the hotels and helped us alot to pick the right hotel for us and what we wanted from the holiday for the right price, also she didn't rush us.
Overall the holiday advisor was a really nice lady .

Great service and very helpful. Its reassuring to talk to people that know the destinations and are there to support you throughout your holiday. This definitely beats 'online' booking and I would recommend it. You may even find out about some discounts which you may have missed by booking online. I have my holiday booked and will definitely be returning to Hays for future holidays.

I first called in to your Great Yarmouth branch and saw a trainee. I travel a lot and had researched what I wanted to do but just wanted advice on a couple of things and assistance getting the best flights, price etc. Sadly your trainee had no idea how to help me. I kindly suggested we got a second opinion from another member of staff and said I didn't mind waiting as they were all busy, but this didn't happen so I left disappointed and frustrated. I am not blaming the trainee as we all need to start somewhere, but I don't think she should have been unsupported. I would give this branch no stars.

I then went to your Lowestoft branch - further for me to go, but I really wanted to get my holiday booked. Here I saw Michelle who was brilliant, hence the five stars. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I left with my holiday booked and every intention of returning to book with Michelle again in the future.

Claire was very very helpful, in sorting out our boarding passes and our luggage label's. She was also helpful in sorting out our next holiday.
