We were taken care of by Ebony at Hays Travel Agents in Lytham and were looking to spend a holiday in Menorca.
Ebony was very helpful and gave us a run down of various aspects of the hotel which we were interested in together with the flight times and costs for the different travel companies.

Ebony was great really grand flexible to be honest I was a little nervous as previously o have always booked with Laura (who is brilliant) but she was not around those day I went in but Ebony was understanding to my needs and had great patience which was a good job trying to get me family to agree on the trip details.
