Booking Experience for Fred Olsen Cruise “In Search of the Northern Lights”
We thought that we would take our first (Norwegian) cruise this year but as newbies we thought it would be wise to seek some expert advice from Hays Travel and help guide us through the booking process. We were dealt with by Travel Consultant Vicki who was excellent and very knowledgeable and flagged up the pros and cons of the various options. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Hays Travel.

Was recommended hayes travel and used them over Christmas and everything was perfect. So used them again. Niki our agent went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal and also everything that we wanted for our holiday.
