This is yet another triumphant…
This is yet another triumphant achievement with regard to my travelling plans after consulting Hays Travel ,Mapperley , Nottingham. Formidable Julie with her wealth of experience with travelling issues managed to find me a cruise which needed to include Santorini in late October 2026. She was also quite adept at sorting out my flights which will make it easier for my travel.This is really fantastic and thus far looking forward to 3 cruises this year.
Few days ago was delighted that Barbara, the manager sorted out all the arrangements for my cruise in early March. As usual everything is completed with ease and friendly chat. I would like to take this opportunity to also mention that my encounter with other Hays Travel staff have always been very positive and most helpful and in particular with Joanne and George. Please forgive me if I have not mentioned names of new members, but I am sure they will be equally helpful should I need their assistance.
Thank you Hays Travel for all your help with my holidays.

We had a great experience
We had a great experience, at hays travel from when we walk in to when we left. We had a agent called George, who was vey polite, and nothing was to much trouble, he sorted our holiday to Rome.

Amelia was out travel advisor,she was very helpful and patient which made our experience very positive
We had an idea about which cruise and ship we wanted, but we're confused about the deck and cabin layout, Amelia helped us navigate this and we are very happy with the cabin and the position of it
