Hays Travel - March Reviews 

Myself and a friend went in for an informal chat about a holiday we had in mind way into the future and we’re met by the store manager who couldn’t have been more helpful! Her and one of the other members of staff were so helpful not only with gaining quotes but with a playful toddler too the quotes were so good price wise and the staff were so friendly we have since booked and can’t wait to get on our way!

The questions we had were all answered and we were happy with the choice of hotel and location

Visited the March branch and was looked after by Chloe
She was really helpful and accommodating. She Went through everything in detail. We didn’t feel rushed and she booked us the perfect trip away. Previous to today we had always used Tui (first choice ) but had a bad experience with them on our last holiday so needed a different travel agent
It’s Hays for us now. We will definitely be back booking more breaks.

I knew roughly what I wanted - a couple of emails and a phone call later and it was looked at, queries sorted, and booked within a couple of hours

Chloe at the March Branch understood to the letter everything that we wanted and duly obliged with a nice big smile.

Well, where shall I start. Right from the moment we walked into the March shop, we felt very welcomed. Sophie helped us with what we were looking for and we couldn't have asked for better service, she was brilliant.

We were greeted by Ellie and team at the March branch in Cambridgeshire. Ellie patiently went through various options that would suit our needs. Very helpful and pleasant experience for us who haven’t managed to have a break in years. Obviously we booked a break with Ellie at Hays Travel. Thank you to the team.

Very friendly very helpful would definitely recommend

My friend and I wanted to look for a holiday over our birthdays at the end of 2026. We spoke to a consultant who spent a lot of time trying to meet our needs, she found us a lot of holidays which met our needs but ended up being so much more expensive than we thought. We were in regular contact via email with many offers over the next couple of weeks. We ended up going back into the branch yesterday where the agent found the perfect holiday for us. I can't thank her enough. So looking forward to our birthday holiday next year and will definitely use hayes travel again. 😊

Chloe in the March branch was so helpful. We were looking for a 4 night stay in Lisbon, somewhere we hadnt visited before. Chloe went out of her way to find a hotel and flights that met our requirements. When there was a problem with a website, she suggested we went home and within a couple of hours phoned us when she had sorted it all out. She was polite and really helpful. We will continue to book our holidays with Hays.

The staff so helpfull

Dom was so very helpful. She answered all questions my daughter had to put her mind at rest and is going to get the hotel to do something special for my daughter who will be 18 when we are away. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definately use hays and dom again and recommend to others.
