Just booked Lake Garda with Ellie who sent us lots of options and took the time to narrow down to a perfect fit for us. Ellie was great very patient and helpful

Ellie was absolutely fantastic! She was very helpful and made the whole booking process really easy and straightforward. Really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend! As a coeliac I struggle to find places to go and feel safe but Ellie did her research on hotels to make this easier for me!

My husband and I dealt with the manager at hays in March. Every time we have been to check holidays or what’s available snd to book; the manager snd staff have always treated us well with patience and helpfulness and their knowledge of different places. We couldn’t ask any more of any staff member there. The manager was exceptional with looking holidays up etc without even having to ask. I would always recommend hays to everyone and my eldest daughter said she always books through hays. Definitely 5 stars

We dealt with Kelly who was amazing from the very first phone call to booking with her the following day. She went above and beyond what we expected to help book our memorable holiday after our original holiday to Sicily got cancelled from Jet2 . She helped with making all the changes taking all the stress out of a stressful situation. 10/10 Service Thank you Kelly!

Cassie,made it so easy and gave us all the information we needed and more.There was no rush to book until we were absolutely sure we had everything we needed as individuals .A very pleasurable experience.

The travel consultant, Cassie, was all the above. I am sure all Hays consultants at your March branch are the same. As you walk into the shop all the consultants greet you with a smile and a hello (if they are not with a customer). I shall certainly be booking there again. Thank you Cassie for all your help.
