Cassie at the March branch was very helpful in sorting us out a cheeky 5 night getaway to Majorica.
With little info from us on destination she was patient with us on deciding where would best fit our requirements.
After various emails back & forth then going into branch the next day the experience was a pleasant one, thank you again Cassie for being patient with us a getting the deal we wanted 😀

I always book my holidays through Hays Travel March as the Staff are so friendly and helpful.. I have booked both in store and over the phone and I have always felt listened too and never felt rushed.. nothing is too much trouble and even after booking they are happy for me to pop in and ask any questions I have or help with any concerns I have..

I gave the lady cassie a challenge because I was getting nowhere myself, and she came back with 3 options and all was good yes we booked 1

I went into the March Branch looking to book a holiday that I was unsure about. From speaking to Kelly there she persuaded me to consider options for my daughter and myself that I had not previous considered, given that I thought that they were out of budget. As a result we’ve booked a cruise and a stay over and we are really excited about our our summer adventure. The after sale communication has been good also. Thank you for taking the time to help us. 😊

Our holiday was cancelled due to bad weather the day before departure.
Kelly found us a replacement in a completely different country and put everything in place.

Our consultant Ellie in our Hays branch in March high st was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
She spent weeks giving us different ideas and options for my 60th birthday holiday.
Nothing was too much trouble.
When we went into store yesterday to actually book our holiday, all the staff were friendly and welcoming .
We spent over 2 hours putting together our holiday package and confirming all the details to get the perfect holiday.
It was a lovely experience and we will definitely use Hays again 😊

Everything was easy from start to finish bySophie as before when we have booked other holidays.

I contacted the office as i have coeliac disease and wanted to know if the hotel could accommodate me. Kelly emailed the hotel but also personally phoned me back to say she had read reviews and people commented about gluten free - excellent customer service.
Because of this i went in next day and booked my holiday

Gave us what we wanted at a good price.Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The shop was very busy, it being a cold Saturday, every one wanted to escape to some where hot and yet staff still had time to talk and understand what was required, to all customers, in a cool calm, friendly professional manner.
