I’ve not used a travel agency before having always gone on line and found the package holidays we could afford. I chose Hays because of a personal recommendation and the need for speed. Maria at Hays was brilliant - obviously good at her job and listened to what we needed. The package she put together in less than 48 working hours was amazing and I’m extremely happy with what she suggested and organised. It was such a relief to know a difficult situation could have such a fantastic conclusion. Would thoroughly recommend.

We decided last minute that we wanted to take a break away and had a date and two possible destinations in mind. Within a couple of days we had our holiday booked and paid for within a couple of weeks of departure thanks to our lovely holiday advisor, Maria!
