I have been thinking about doing a solo cruise for months …didn’t really know how to go about it ….I was put in touch with Markus who was exceptional, answered all my 1,0000 of questions ( quite anxious as it’s my first solo) he’s taken the stress out of everything was very informative, and knowledgeable in fact he was so good I have now booked 2 !!! I will be back to book another also what I liked is he’s there for you at any time nothing was too much trouble don’t hesitate if you want to book Markus will do it all for you !!!

The only small observation I have for consideration is for Hays to improve the way it presents its quotation. It's not as intuitive as other companies I have used.
All in all exceptionally happy with mu booking experience and hope the holiday lives up to its reviews.
