Disappointed
Went in to the Meadowhall store. No other customers in there at all and 3 members of staff. I was asked to take a seat while ‘someone was free’ and just left waiting & waiting. Walked out in the end as everyone was obviously too busy to attend to the only customer in the room!

As always our holiday was booked in a very profefshional maner
As we arrived in the store, Adam the store manager asked if we wanted to see him, yes please, to be told he would be with us in minutes just concluding a holiday booking with a customer, we were asked if we wanted a drink we thanked Adam saying we were OK. Adam sorted out the holiday we required including Jetpark 3 @ Manchester Airport without and trauma.
