Staff was very helpful

I always plan my holidays with Hays. They are the friendliest and most professional team around. We go to the new office in Cleveland Retail park, where this time Sean and Lillie helped us to book a cruise for next year. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Overall it is always a pleasure to go there, they make us feel like part of the family.

The young lady who helped us book our holiday was Kellie,she was polite and helpful .She managed to get us the same Lodge we had last year which was great,just what we where looking for.

Absolutely brilliant, middlesbrough branch, lili dunning was really thorough, making sure our cruise went smoothly. Lili pulled out all the stops. Fantastic holiday.

Travel agent took time to go through where we were going accommodation booked travel times tourist tax type of room booked - she checked all the details with us

Sean was an exceptionally good listener and asked the right questions to enable him to know the sort of holiday & Hotels that would suit us. He showed us a a good choice of resorts and hotels which suited our budget and was very helpful at finding out information about the area surrounding the resort and pointed out not only the good but also the not so good etc. we felt he knew exactly what would suit us and he was very sincere in his recomdations. Absolutely excellent service.
