Hays Travel - Milton Keynes Reviews 

I had a great experience with the Hays Travel office in Milton Keynes. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my needs, offered clear advice, and helped me find options that gave real value for money. What stood out most was the human interface; it felt personal rather than transactional. It’s clear the company is doing very well on the customer service side, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for travel support.

Friendly and professional

The rep Sarah was very good and took her time to find us the best options for our holiday.

Jackie has been amazing sorting out a few of our holidays due over the next couple of years.

Just walked in to shop and was greeted straight away, also offered a drink that was nice Jackie took time to look up cruise information and she also called them up to check on flights to and got us the prices for different cabins , and we took time to decide on what to do as the cruise come up over our budget with princess cruise we been cruising with then for years unfortunately we decided not to book as it was too expensive. Jackie mentioned Marella cruises so we had a look at the itinerary and cabins on a September cruise price wise was a lot more affordable and we got the all inclusive too was a bit unsure about booking but decided to go ahead with it and give it a try but Jackie said the reviews are always good so yes we did go with the cruise in the end I am pleased we managed to get a holiday.

Hi I walked into your shop and was greeted with lovely smiles and at down with one of your lovely ladies went though a few things sorted out where I would like to go and found a hotel booked and was out of the shop in less than a half hour very happy with the service. Ray Moorton

Very helpful couldn’t do enough for me excellent experience I booked most of my holidays with Hays at Westcroft. Jackie is usually the one I do with but all the stuff there are brilliant.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, although they didn't emphasise the need to have travel insurance.
Other than that oversite they were brilliant.

The advisor Saima was very helpful and friendly and efficient. We were pleased that she managed to sort out two lovely holidays for us. Unfortunately we were disappointed that we couldn't get an earlier flight to Egypt, we would had preferred to travel at about 7.15am in the morning

The young lady dealt with my initial enquiries so confidently and professionally I had every faith in her abilities to secure three flights business class to Canada. Can’t praise her enough. Nothing was too much trouble her name is Jackie.
