Patience and helpful, great experirncr

We contacted Laura about the holiday we were looking for as she has helped us several times before with excellent results we made an appointment and spent an hour going through options and then went on to book our next holiday Laura is very patient knowledgeable and extremely helpful a five star service

Excellent customer service. Found us a holiday that ticked all of needs (and there was a lot). Emma was great listening to our long list of needs (and those of our children) and came up with great holiday suggestions.

Excellent service as always.

Very helpful quick and friendly service including sorting additional travel needs.

We visited Hays and were warmly greeted by Beth, who provided us with a range of holiday options within our restricted availability. We did not book straight away as I need to confirm my travel insurance was suitable and sufficient.
Beth emailed a few days later to check and follow up our progress.
We returned Hays yesterday (28th) with a new set a requests which Beth professionally navigated resulting in a completely different holiday and destination being booked and promptly confirmed.
Beth’s patience and professionalism is a credit to your company. Thank you Beth.

Sadie is the best she made our dream trip come true. She sorted everything for us and didnt mind waiting while I checked with the other people in our party. It was such an easy process.

We were served by Beth in the Tescos Norwich branch , she was very polite and friendly, she helped us manage all our needs quickly and she was happy to have a laugh with us . What a lovely lady.
