Hays are fantastic and I have to shout out Beth Kelly. I live over 100 miles from the branch but have followed Beth Kelly and always use her for my bookings. Not only do I find her efficient but I trust her opinion. She recommends holidays and places that I haven’t considered before!!!!
I have never had a bad holiday and have been using Hays and Beth since Hays took over Thomas Cook!! That’s a long time!
All the staff at Norwich are wonderful!! You don’t have to live near Norwich to use them!
And personally…… my family will continue to follow Beth!! Where ever she moves to!
