Wanted to book trip to Prague on Monday 13 April 2026 on a short notice, I spoke to Zoe over the phone confirming my dates and hotel on Thursday 9 April in the morning ,she was very polite and helpful,Zoe found a hotel and flight from east midlands and found a offer I could not refuse and told her that I will come to the oadby parade store to book the trip on the same day,this is what I call customer service at its best,please pass my gratitude to Zoe who made my day

Avoid the stress
Emma listened took notes and then did many many searches to try to fulfil my wishes.A colleague suggested a place nearby and a hotel she had visited and it suited me just fine. the boss was extremely helpful and obliging

Zoe was amazingly helpful
Zoe from Hays travel was absolutely faultless on sorting out our special holiday to Antigua - we could not decide which hotel. Zoe knew that one of them sold day tickets to the cruise ships and it could be busy on these days - she also had good knowledge of the other hotels we had been considering - she suggested the Galley Bay Resort would suit the type of holiday we were looking for - and she put together an amazing package for us - good flights - VIP service inside Antigua Airport and VIP transfer to the hotel - beachfront rooms - Zoe was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble - in fact we decided to book another holiday next year May 2027 because a group of us are going and the hotel in Cyprus we wanted to return to gets booked up quickly - great package and price sorted by the wonderful Zoe

Great advice & service!
We were given great advice on cruises and package holidays by Zoe who called again the next day with more options on cruising.
After we had decided on a package holiday, Emma served us and booked the holiday with more advice of Cyprus.
