Always go to Graham at hays travel in Oadby to book our holidays. He goes above and beyond to help us every time and nothing is ever too much trouble.
I am quite fussy and we have booked many different types of holidays with his help.

Would never book with anyone else. Graham at Hayes, Oadby was outstanding nothing was too much trouble and was so knowledgeable and very experienced in all types of travel.

Sean at hays Oadby was just delightful, such a beautiful person, funny and charming, relaxed and booked exactly what we wanted, I used to use him at syston but since he’s moved we will go to Oadby and looking to book for January next can’t wait, just booked a cheeky stop off so hopefully it will be amazing , thankyou Sean loves xx

Great service again from the oadby branch

Booking has been made easier by Sean who dealt with a change of cruise choice in a helpful and friendly way. This is my first planned cruise and use of an independent travel agency. I have booked for next year and so more arrangements are to be made. So far I am very happy with Hayes Travel and look forward to going back to Sean to complete.

Having previously booked with your company and been totally satisfied with the service I persuaded my sister that it’s much more straightforward to book our joint trip to Canada this year.
Last Saturday we went in to Oadby Hays shop and successfully booked with Harpreet who listened to what we were looking for searched and found exactly what we requested. No hard sale and clearly had a clear understanding of the service she provided to us. Had good interpersonal skills which we appreciated.

We were dealt with very promptly and the travel advisor was very friendly and had a lovely smile ,as we knew which holiday we wanted we were quickly and efficiently booked , she gave us all the options available to us and even offered us a drink , we would highly recommend them to our friends
