Piece of mind
I walked in of the street didn’t know where I wanted to go and Jenny sat down with me and went over a ton of options before I finally decided where I wanted to go she took care of everything for me including my insurance and bags and hotel transfers I left with everything sorted and Jenny made sure I was truly happy with my booking I’d definitely recommend hays travel for convenience and piece of mind

Jenni really took the challenge on and was so helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we were looking for and even though it was more than we had budgeted for she offered a more expensive option- of course that’s the one we ended up choosing - just goes to show how good she is!
