Sarah made our holiday search effortless. Sarah was very professional and made sure we booked everything we needed for our trip.
She recommended our destination as many others did outside of travel agents so we were excited when she had been there many times before herself and could vouch for the reviews.She also gave us the name of a good restaurant for our anniversary.

Came into the plymstock branch on Friday 26th sep. Was looked after by elisha .told what we were looking for and she found us a great deal and got a better price than expected snd all inclusive as well. Very helpful and told us all we needed to know about the holiday . Happy with the service

Once again we booked a last minute holiday with Hayes Travel Plymstock. So lovely & helpful, mostly we like the honesty. If they don't know something they find out. Lauren was very helpful. We will be back for our Christmas booking.

Sarah and i had an email conversation and she was able to answer all my questions and provided a competive quote for the holiday we wanted.
When I rang to book the next day the staff were polite and explained each step. The confirmation was emailed promptly.

Lauren was very helpful and friendly, we knew where we wanted to go on holiday and Lauren was able to price match a deal we saw on line so we booked the holiday there and then , in fact I booked 2 holidays with her in less than 24 hours.
