She is simply super efficient and very friendly and helpful. She took time to point out various things which I had not thought of, and went out of her way to confirm that there were no accessibility issues related to the hotel of choice. If you are looking to use a travel agent, Hays, and Polly Newton-Pound should be your first choice. Excellent service all round.
