I have always had a good experience when I have booked with them.
I have always had a good experience at this branch they are always very helpful and clear. They do not pressure sell. The lady recognised me from just under a year ago I have dyslexia and she made sure understood at every stage. I will use the branch anytime I want to book a holiday.

Going the extra mile
We came in with a very wide remit, involving a lot of possibilities. Mia totally went the extra mile, following every possible angle until we finally narrowed it down to 3 main options for us to choose from. This was over a two-hour period covering what was probably her lunch break! She remained cheerful throughout, and we would definitely use Hays Travel again.

I find it a far better experience to visit the local Hays travel store in Pontefract to book a holiday and have everything we need sorted out easily rather than going on the internet. Told the young lady what we wanted and where and everything was sorted frm flights with extra legroom and meals on flights to accomadation very quickly and with a good discount to boot. Thanks for great service and keep up the good work.
