This is the first time we have booked with Hays and the customer service was the best I’ve had from a travel agency.
Our advisor Alison was fabulous, professional, diligent and we came away with a package that was just what we’d asked for and more. It was completely stress free and every part of the holiday is taken care of, from the car parking, to transfers and currency.
I would highly recommend Hays travel Pontefract and won’t go anywhere else from now on.
