Hays Travel - Pontefract Reviews 

Very good helpfull & friendly

Visited Hays travel shop in Pontefract to book for september 27. We went in and wereimmeadiarely seated with Joanne who asked what we were looking to book and when. Told her we wanted Rhodes in september at the Leonardo Resort in Kolymbia. Joanne got up the resort and dates available to travel from LEEDS, Manchester or East Midlands. Booked 2 Deluxe poolview rooms traveling with Jet2. We booked fights from East Midlands as these were early morning flights with extra leg room seats available. Leeds were all evening flights which we did not want, and i dont like Manchester. Everything done and booked quickly with and all sorted out. Much better than going on the internet and trying to sort it yourself. Thanks Joanne for a good easy experience.

We were helped by Joanne to get the best deal for our return holiday to the Carribean. She checked the dates for price and also made sure seats were available where we wanted them.

Joanne was so knowledgeable and made sure we got the right holiday at the right price. She helped us choose our room taking care that the location was just right for us! Once again an amazing experience at Hays Pontefract 💕

Alison has come up trumps again! She has made a flight journey for my mum making sure that it’s as stressful as free as possible and knows exactly what was needed. She worked hard to get the best price and timings and went through it with mum so that she understood all of it. Alison is the only person I trust to book my 80 year old Mums visit to see family in New Zealand and Australia. Thank you number 1 travel agent!!!

All staff ALWAYS smiley and welcoming ( and yes, you can hear a smile in someone’s voice when on the phone!) VERY knowledgeable and experienced so able to identify those ‘little extras’ that help make a holiday memorable and enjoyable. They effectively and efficiently do the searching that means I don’t have to. The booking process is smooth and accurate and even if a problem does arise, they resolve it promptly and appropriately - always a sign of a quality Company.

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Excellent service from Bronte who even turned the air con on in the shop when I was having a hot flush!!
