Was able to check the holidays available. Get a pint off for the holidays and then was able to get a call back to book our preferred holiday. They also completed our online check-in.

Highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were given lots of choices for our budget and Karen listened to our preferred flight times etc. Highly recommend visiting Hayes Portadown branch to book your holiday.

The travel agent was very helpful the…

The travel agent was very helpful the store was very busy and she was working on her own, she always had a smile on her face, facing and advising the public in a very professional manner.
She was happy to help us she is an asset to hays travel.
Only 1 thing my husband purchased a card to be entered into a prize draw to which we are not sure if he has been entered? Also the lady in the kiosk said he would have extra money on it but it is not showing

Exceptional

Karen and Natasha have exceptional knowledge and outstanding customer service. We popped in last thing Friday and came back Saturday to book. We had been to another booking agent first on Friday and found lacking Hayes portadown was around the corner and polar opposite experience. Highly recommend them for all future bookings
