Positive booking experience
Our booking experience was very positive and Sophie really took the time to find out what we were looking for. She made sure she included all of the aspects of the holiday that we were trying to incorporate and spent time trying to find the best deal within these parameters. End result was all parameters met and a positive experience and hopefully a brilliant holiday.

We were looking for a cruise for my 50th birthday next year and the girl Sophie was very helpful and made our decision to book their and then an easy one. Sophie was very knowledgeable and went through all different aspects to find what worked for us. We ended up booking a weekend in Rome and a Mediterranean cruise. Friendly, efficient and very helpful
From the minute we walked into the store we were made to feel comfortable and looked after. We were able to discuss a number of options and quickly found a suitable holiday. the process was smooth and the agent was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
