Richard is absolutely brilliant…. I had a bit of a long wish list & Richard got everything spot on…!

We haven’t been on our holiday yet, but we already felt compelled to share how fantastic Rich has been throughout the entire booking process. From the very beginning, he made everything incredibly easy and stress-free, especially with this being our wedding trip.
Rich took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every option with patience and genuine care. He was quick to answer any questions, kept us updated at every step, and made sure we felt confident and excited about our plans.

This is our second cruise, but first with P&O. Rich was very accommodating to answering specific questions to help us understand the P&O product and how this differed to other cruise companies. His replies were timely, the quotes were clear and we managed to book within 24 hours from initial request. Thank you for a great booking service and can’t wait for the cruise!

Asking Richard to please find me and 2 friends a holiday in Benidorm a quieter part. He not only found us the best hotel we have ever stayed at for the 3 of us. He emailed me tickets for plane, transfers, and hotel and even boarding passes. Also offered to print them out if I didn't have a printer. I even messaged him while we were away with a question and he promptly responded. I would highly recommend Richard as he took the stress out of everything from finding a holiday to getting us over to our fantastic holiday. So much so that I have booked another holiday with my daughter and grandsons. I will definitely be booking more holidays with him as it saves me trawling the internet getting stressed and I know he will listen to what I want out of a holiday and what my budget is. Also he is there if I have any questions or problems.

I have booked a couple of holidays through Richard now, absolutely outstanding communication, nothing is to much trouble, he makes sure if you have a connecting flight, their is enough time for you to transfer without the stress of rushing through the airport, he found me some amazing deals & as he was cabin crew before he has traveled around the globe so has some great recommendations, he is happy to book car hire, transfers so taking all the stress away, he is abta protected for peace of mind, their is no pressure to book anything, he leaves it up to you with no calls harassing you to book. I mentioned that I was thinking about a cruise holiday & he said he had taken a cruise so could explain what happens on board & the excursion's you can take. I had to change my dates of travel & Richard instantly reassured me & managed to change everything for me without hesitation. I will use Richard for all of my holidays now as so friendly on the telephone & helpful.

Recently booked a package holiday with rich, for my family and some friends. It was a big job, as a group finding something perfect for us all and something that we could all agree on!
Rich helped take that stress away, put everything together for us, had all the info at hand whenever we had questions, As a group of 6 we wanted to get it right. We had many question/queries, and nothing was too much for Rich. It felt calm, and relaxed. No stress throughout.
Absolutely brilliant service, he even managed to find us cheaper than we could find anywhere! So we actually made a substantial saving through booking through Rich!

Rich booked our hotel stay in Ibiza last month and made a simple through line for us out of the myriad of tasks necessary to travel abroad.
