Well what can I say? From the moment we walked through the door Geoff and helen was amazing, we spent 3 hours looking to book two holidays..Helen was dealing with us ,but Geoff was also helping when he had time..we felt so...special....
We have know helen for years,but moved away for a while,but now we back wouldn't go anywhere else...They let you take your time,we never felt rushed everything was explained...we managed to book one holiday, going back to book others

This was a 100% perfectly satisfactory booking experience. Nicola was absolutely brilliant - she seems to always know exactly what we want every time. This time, I popped up into the Rickmansworth office on Friday, had a short discussion with Nicola, had a couple of quotes. I discussed these with my wife and decided what to book. I phoned Nicola next morning if we could book straightaway. We had a meeting within next 20 minutes and booked the 2-week holidays in St. Lucia straightaway. Nicola even managed to get us a discount from Sandals and also booked us in BA lounge on departure. All done in an hour in one session. This was the same experience as the booking we did for Santorini holidays two years ago.
In fact I always have had a great experience with Hays Rickmansworth - Geoff and Helen are also brilliant - I had similar booking experiences when they booked holidays to Granada, Mexico and India over the past 3 years.
What I find special about Hays at Rickmansworth is that Geoff, Nicola and Helena all go an extra mile to help customers to find the best holidays and support them on insurance, flight check-ins, visa and other necessary requirements needed to go on holidays. They provide complete service at best.
Hays @Rickmanswoth has been the place for me to go to book holidays since they took over the office from Thomas Cook.

It was a great experience as the sales assistant was very good with great customer relationship skills. It was in Hays Rickmansworth and the lady who was absolutely great was Gemma Saunders. She is the main reason I booked the holiday with Hays above and beyond TUI, Jet2 and Love Holidays etc.
