It was the attitude of Ruby to me that I liked - her patience with a very elderly woman and her appreciation of problems of travelling with disability. And she remembered me from a previous inquiry about a simple journey to Amsterdam.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Makes booking a holiday stress free and a pleasure. We always ask for Nicola who has been an absolute star in getting everything organised.

Having detailed our requirements for our trip, the Quotation was prepared and submitted to us by Caroline in Ripon within three days. This involved collating return flights from the UK to New Zealand then to Australia plus three sets of accommodation, all of which was very acceptable.

Caroline and Lauren were excellent. They explained every step to us. Listened to our requirements and requests and accommodated us. They were very reassuring and have kept me update with the progress of our holiday.

Interested and informative assistant, who could also call of other assistants to clarify details if necessary. She took a lot of trouble to find me what I wanted.
