We have been using Hays for our cruise holidays for a number of years and Charlotte is exceptional. She always caters for all our needs and always goes out of her way to find answers to our queries.

Great place to plan your next adventure
Charlotte really helped, she was very informed and nothing was too much trouble.
It was a travelling (multi city break, with internal flights etc) we were making the holiday adventure up pretty much as we went along, at the end of the day Charlotte had sent 4 full quotes before we settled in the perfect itinerary

From that first initial phone call with Nicola and the information she provided and forwarding suggestions via email to making our booking with Hays and Intrepid it was totally seamless.
