Brilliant service
The lady who dealt with our booking request for a cruise was brilliant and very professional. We were not too sure which cabin to book but using Google she guided us around the cabin layout to make sure we got the one. The whole booking experience was brilliant and we would recommend Hays Travel, Romsey

Quick and easy short break accomplished
The associate, Charlotte, was most helpful and listened carefully and accurately to my needs.
She swiftly found a short break that fitted in with my wishes and searched dates that gave the best value and opportunity to see the city for our budget, finding extra discounts and facilities.
There was no undue pressure or hard sell which makes a return to Hays Travel very likely.
Excellent all around and much appreciated.

Welcoming and friendly service
We were made to feel very welcome. Caitlin listened to our holiday requirements and arranged flights, accommodation and guided tour, nothing was too much trouble.
It is nice to be able to relax and know that everything has been arranged.

Very quick service and efficient
I’m recently widowed and was treated with such kindness by Jaimie. I was given a cup of tea and we had a good chat about Athens which he booked for me with flights
Later that day my friend and I booked Kos- again with Jamie and he did it quickly and listened to our comments
