As always it was a very enjoyable experience booking my holiday with Hays and because Charlotte has booked numerous cruises for me now, we know each other well and Charlotte knows what i like and am looking for in a cruise holiday. I can safely say that it is very much part and parcel of the whole holiday experience and i have to say that the rest of Team at Romsey are as equally friendly and helpful. I always highly recommend Hays Travel to my friends and people i speak to about cruising. :-)

Booking made easy
Received a Hays Travel update letting me know the Celebrity Cruises were launching their 2028 cruises. It was easy to check out availability on the website and 1 phone call provided me with a comprehensive quote for the cruise i had identified. This was followed up 10 minutes later with all the details in an email which allowed me to make an easy decision to book what will be my 2nd cruise via Hays. Tasha was really knowledgable and helped me book the best date and cabin. I couldn’t fault the booking process and all from the comfort of my own home.

Staff very helpful
Both Ava and Caitlin were very helpful and another member of staff was also quite knowledgeable about the area we wanted to enquire about. All our questions were answered and we have now booked a holiday.
