We booked with Hays Travel as we did not want to do everything online and it feels reassuring that we can see them in person if we have a query about something. We are very happy with them, and can recommend them to anyone. The booking process was very quick and efficient. The staff are so friendly and efficient and it is a pleasure to do business with them.

We book regularly with Hayes travel because we always receive excellent service. Emma is knowledgeable and searches to get us the best deal. She is always cheerful, helpful and polite, these things are important to us when booking our holidays.

I had serious reservations on the…
I had serious reservations on the evening we booked but was told within 24 hours of booking po had no 14 day cooling off period. I could change my holiday before the balance was due but the new cruise (if I chose one would have to be to the same value or more. The cost of holiday insurance wasn’t raised by the travel agent until I raised it after I had already signed the paper work. The travel agent then quoted a price but this was without any medical disclosures . We will both be over 80 when we travel and as pensioners holiday insurance prices would mean the difference between going on a cruise or not. When insurance could be the cost of half the holiday and it’s compulsory!

Honeymoon booking
Went in a saw Tasha about booking our honey moon. Been in multiple times now over the years and as always, we had multiple options shown to us explaining each hotel and packages available. Booked our honeymoon the next day. Thanks again for everything. Nothing is ever too much for the team in there.
