Great customer service
Great customer service - we booked our holiday with Keith who was so helpful and made everything crystal clear. He was sympathetic to our budget, finding us somewhere with great reviews and even sorted out our airport parking. Such a lovely Scottish accent! We'll definitely book through Hays again.

Holiday booked without stress!
Elizabeth made the experience of booking our family holiday stress free. We were very happy with the flights, location and the look of the accommodation and cannot wait to get there! Would highly recommend Elizabeth at the Runcorn branch.

Friendly staff!
Friendly knowledgeable staff who didn’t try to persuade us to pay extra for optional add-ons when we booked our cruise. Nothing seemed too much trouble!

Excellent service as always at Hays Travel Runcorn. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Liz who we have booked our holiday through again this year. Liz gave us all of the information we needed and had excellent knowledge of the area we wanted to travel too. Looking forward to our holiday and will definitely use Hays for our future bookings.
