As we have come expect, the service we received was first class. Although still working through her apprenticeship, Jasmine was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She found and completed the booking for the holiday which we wanted without problem. Thank you.

Together we went through them i chose a holiday to Egypt, Donna then did everything to complete the booking printed it all off and gave me all the advice we needed.
She is even going to print off the boarding passes when they are ready.

On this occasion Sheila quickly and thoroughly provided all the information that I needed to decide on the ideal holiday option. Everything they do is always professionally delivered and customer focused. Exceptional service again.
