The Manager was awesome. She knew her stuff and helped us book our first ever cruise. She was able to help us find a good cruise for our budget and tell us a lot about the ship. We would definitely book with Hays again as we have done in the past. In our opinion it's always first class service.

After initially booking a holiday which we kind of felt pressured into and the member of staff managing the booking but having to leave us to do currancy exchange wasn’t very helpful I reached out to the store and was met with the store manager Leanne and she was amazing. She searched high and low for a better holiday for us all while she kept me informed and gave me options as our booking wasn’t as straightforward. We managed to rebook a different holiday. Leanne is very knowledgeable and I can see why she is the store manager. If your reading this Leanne Thankyou so much for finding us Gloria verde in Turkey (hopefully you remember me from the hotel booking).

From the moment I stepped in to enquire about a holiday off from the board outside, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by a lovely young lady named Jasmine.
She quickly looked around for offers i was interested in, pricing up and printing off.
I returned the next day following email communication, again Jasmine assisted me and the holiday was booked. The staff in the shop were fantastic - dates, times, transfers, prices, rooms - nothing was too much trouble.
Jasmine gave me printed copies of all the info and followed this up with email confirmations.
A great holiday booked at a fantastic price, no stress, no haggling, just amazing customer service from start to finish.

Met Jasmine twice now . Although an apprentice she was excellent on all counts .
