I’ve reviewed before but seen as we’ve booked yet again with Sam it’s only right we review once again, we enquired about a family holiday for 2025 to a certain place and Sam advised us about the concerns to which she came up with alternatives and were so happy we did she found a beautiful hotel with exactly what we wanted for the same cost or very close to, will always be using Sam at hays Carlisle from now on.

Sam listened to everything we wanted from this trip and picked out the prefect travel route and hotels.
