Booking with Sarah Hounsell couldn't have been easier. Firstly she took our brief and came back with a selection of hotels. We managed to narrow it down to 3 or 4 quite quickly and then made our choice. Sarah was able to secure the dates and the room of choice for us. The real value add for us was travelling with our triplets who have additional needs. Sarah understood exactly the challenges we face in travelling and booked Special Assistance for us both ways which was hugely beneficial. Our autistic son actually enjoyed his time at the airport which is a first! Sarah's exceptional customer service stood out from the word go and her organisation skills in getting us checked in online, boarding passes etc was on point. So much so, we've already booked a return trip with Sarah for next year.
