Sarah is fantastic and I would be reluctant to book a holiday without her now. As a busy mum I need all the help I can get and she keeps me on track with regards to filtering options for us and making sure we have everything in place, even to the extent of checking in for us and printing our boarding passes! Sarah is extremely patient and understanding when it comes to assisting me with making holiday choices and she doesn’t chase or put me under any pressure (although I know she would give me a nudge if something urgent needed attention!).

We contacted Sarah on the of chance for her recommendation on Mauritius hotels as we had already booked flights. She recommended “beachcomber” hotels and we went with the “Canonnier” which was superb. Sarah was emailing us with all the relevant paperwork and kept us updated. All transfer organised were 10/10. Very smooth and easy. If you want tha personal service then this lady is the way to go. There was no pressure in sales but just good advice all the way. Thanks Sarah.

Sarah is an amazing travel agent who helped organise my first holiday with my partner. She listened to everything I wanted from my holiday and found me flights, hotels, locations and other necessities such as insurance, parking and luggage allowance which worked for us. Whenever we required assistance she was very quick to respond and assured us that we would be in good hands throughout the trip. Definitely recommend!

We have just returned home from a 4 day girls holiday in Ibiza. We had an incredible time and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The whole holiday was booked for us by Sarah, advising us on a hotel to suit our requirements, she even booked our seats on the plane and checked us in online!! It was very stress free for us. Our hotel was lovely, modern colourful and vibrant and would definitely stay there again. Personal touch, lovely lady

This was my first experience of booking through a travel agent and it was a game changer. Sarah has a lovely personal touch starting with a phone call to discuss our requirements. She then quickly and diligently sent over a shortlist of recommendations. She gave excellent advice around the options such as which destinations would most likely have the best weather in April. We booked as a group of 9 but as 2 separate families and Sarah coordinated with both families, and ensured we had rooms close by in the resort etc.
Following the booking Sarah was on hand to respond to any concerns or queries we had. Sarah made the whole experience really stress free and took care of everything right up to checking in for our flight.
I highly recommend Sarah and look forward to working with her to find our next break
