The Agent at Hays Travel Seaford I use is called Sian. I am a full time wheelchair user and as always she has gone beyond and above her role in her position. Sian now knows the needs of a wheelchair user and would be extremely upset if something went wrong whilst on holiday, so is absolutely maticulus in making sure each section of the booking is completed accurately. The personal touch
We chose online then booked at our local branch, which is always a pleasure to speak to staff with good and comprehensive detail, they have also helped with keeping us on budget.
Generally we would not go anywhere else simply as at this point of contact you need experience and expertise to make an informed and confident decision.

Excellent holiday booking experience
Stella made the whole holiday booking such a pleasure. She was so helpful to choose the right hotel in the right area for us. Our car hire was a little complicated but she soon sorted this. We now have a comprehensive holiday booking organised by a brilliant representative.
