Interactions with Larna and Lucy were very positive and sorted out a a knotty booking of French trains, which had become a nightmare. They both went above and beyond.

Lucy guided us through the process of finding flights to and from Scotland including an hotel in the centre of Edinburgh and several trips as us oldies do not find it that easy to do these days. Will definitely use Hays again as the need arises.

Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival to the shop. Very helpful and listened well to our requests and needs for our holiday. Great at finding the right price and working with us to get the right price.

The agent was very helpful and patient. It would have been 5 stars but when we got our euros from Hays they added £3.95 for buying the euros back for the same rate which we wouldn't do and was an unnecessary expense, so disappointed.
