We were looked after by MJ when we visited the Shepton Mallet store. We had an idea of where we wanted to go on holiday but weren't completely sure. MJ took time to understand what we were looking for from the holiday and then went through various options, and the pros and cons, of different locations in Croatia. She was also able to empart her own personal knowledge of the country which was really helpful. She was never pushy from a sales perspective and allowed us time to think about it before returning to book the holiday. She explained everything clearly and concisely and when the next steps would happen.
