Excellent service. 12/04/25. Hays Travel - Shepton Mallet. Booked a holiday for 10 people. Went above and beyond to answer all questions and completed all paperwork including insurance & parking. Was surprised to find Mary still working in store as it has been a long time since I last booked an all-inclusive holiday. Mary has been through 3 company changes at least. Fantastic still there. Everyone so friendly. Much better than booking online.

We returned to the store we'd been previously, as we had a good experience last time, and didn't disappoint, friendly and helpful staff. We were unsure on where we wanted to go as not being away for nearly 6 years. They were happy showing us different places. Great staff. Highly recommend

A very friendly and professional experience
