The member of staff who accepted our booking was very helpful and polite. We await to see if he goes through with our request for conformation that there will be a readymade up sofa bed in the lounge on our arrival.

We went in not really knowing where to go on holiday. Also, it was pretty short notice as only 6 weeks between going into the Sherborne shop & a hoped for departure date.
Karen, who has helped many times, was nothing short of superb. Sorted everything in a short time & on the dates, & flight times that we wanted.
