From first enquiry to booking the communication and information was excellent. Karen was very helpful and answered my emails and questions quickly. The booking process was very easy as was making the payment for the deposit.

We were able to discuss what we were…
We were able to discuss what we were looking for which resulted in us walking away having booked a 14 day cruise. Our clerk was very clear and concise, knew what to look for even amended our address on our P&O account.
The staff at Hays are always friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable which is why we continue to use them rather than booking online.
