Myself & my 84 year old father booked a holiday with yourselves last year and due to mobility issues on his part decided that we wished to do a repeat of that holiday as we knew all was accessible. The staff at Shipley are just great Philippa took her time to go through the various options available re length of stay, flight times, board basis and very soon we had what we wanted and got it booked. Everything we needed to know was clearly said to us and all the extra bits re assistance for my dad noted down and dealt with, giving us peace of mind that it will be a great 10 days away in Portugal.
A massive thanks to Philippa.

The assistant at Hays Travel was having problems with the booking system of my chosen destion. She cheerfully tried all sorts of routes into their site and soon had a connection, Shen then, still cheerful, went through my convoluted requirements and eventually I left with 3 breaks for 2027 booke and paid for.
It's that sort of service that keeps me using Hays (Shipley Branch).

She was very helpful and polite and patient got me just what I asked for thank you 💕

Lorna was excellent with booking the holiday I wanted and found me a cheaper deal. Lorna is always helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else to book my holidays than Hays travel in shipley. Thank you Lorna.

The travel advisor was so helpful as we didn't really know where we wanted to go. With her help we found a lovely hotel so we booked it..
