Our booking process was really good. This is our second recent holiday booked with hays. Our agent at Skegness Rubi was very helpful. Our last holiday booked at Hays went very smoothly and was amazing.

Don't usually use a travel agency, tend to book on line, but would definitely use them again in the future.
