From entering to leaving we were treated professionally and with a friendly manner by Julie who immediately grasped what we required. She took time to guide us through the process so we didn't feel rushed and explored different options within our parameters. 1st Cruise
We called into Hayes and spoke to Nicole about our 1st ever cruise and what we had seen online. Nicole was lovely and very accommodating and explained our options. After we left Nicole contacted us again about our options for coach travel as only available on the day we went in due to cruise in 37 days time. After work called in again and Nicole assisted us with booking and sorting out our Insurance. Nothing too much trouble and we kept her after closing time. Great service thank you Nicole

The staff are always happy to help you when you go in the store. I was able to book my plane tickets and chose my seat's i was also advised about currency and told to book it if I needed a large sum. I will always use Hays travel i find them most helpful.
