Rebecca made us very welcome. We explained what we wanted and which hotel that we wanted to stay at.She then explained the diferent types of flights and hotel rooms that were available. She then arranged car parking at the airport. She answerd all of our questions. She was very good at her job.

We already knew where we wanted to go, which hotel and board we required, so this made it so much easier to find us the ideal holiday

Lovely travel agent, happy and chatty, always smiling.
Was happy to listen to what I wanted for our holiday and gave me exactly what we wanted. Was knowledgeable and very helpful when we needed the medical screening, she called them back to double check what they had said as I struggled to understand.

The staff catered for all our needs
The staff catered for all our needs. We have changed hotels from our usual one of the past few years, we had requested a lower floor in the hotel and were given then 11th floor after the people infront of us at the the hotel reception complained and were swapped with us!!!!

Brilliant service from the Skegness branch ,girls couldn't have been more helpful was worried when we lost the independent travel we used before ,but we have used Hayes for 3 years and had no trouble at all .Being in our 70s not as computer ready to book holidays on line with your computer's on line, can look forward to our holiday without worrying I've missed something .well done x
